The Residential Loan Underwriter supports our goal of a secure and affordable home for everyone in N.H. by evaluating mortgage applicants for appropriate credit decisions, and by backing up the servicing position on the Welcome Home Loan team. Director of ROC-NH
The ROC-NH Director is responsible for the leadership of the ROC-NH team and successful implementation of its commercial lending, technical assistance to resident-owned communities (ROCs) and residents, support of cooperative development, and collaboration with other Community Loan Fund staff. The person in this position will seek opportunities to fulfill, improve, and grow the resident-owned-community strategy for manufactured housing. The Director will be a leading voice in N.H. and nationally for manufactured housing as affordable housing, and for resident-owned communities.
