Box Populi is a streetside vending push cart that operates out of a refrigerated box on back of a industrial tri-cycle. Once fully operational we will be able to serve our food on properly zoned streets and at public events throughout Little Rock. Our goal is to serve sustainable international street food at affordable prices. So far we have catered over 10 different private events and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Whether its been the Guatemalan Tamales at the Bernice Garden Farmers Market or our Vegan Papusas at the 9th Annual ZINEFEST! in Dunbar Gardens or our BBQ Seitan Sandwich with Tahini Slaw people can't get enough of it.
