Catalyzing worker co-ops & the solidarity economy

Jill Stein: A Party for the People

Had enough of partisan deadlock? Polls show that most Americans are fed up yet there has been little reporting about alternatives. Jill Stein, two-time Green Party presidential candidate, joins GRITtv to talk about real reform like the The Green New Deal and the work being carried out by the Green Shadow Cabinet. She also reminds us that progressives on the ground still have reserves to make change:

"This is about recognizing the power that we already have. How we bring that power together...converge those very powerful movements...make them unstoppable, is not by going for the fringe reforms here, but by really fixing the problem. We don't have a choice. We really are up against a wall," says Stein. Watch the full interview.
